Rafael was so helpful, fixed my phone in a really quick timeframe. I was surprised with the work, couldn't even say I had a broken screen one day. And he also recommended me a really good case, I'm loving it.

I recently visited this store feeling quite lost about how to protect my new Samsung and my wife's iPhone, as I hate to put ugly covers on expensive phones. Fortunately, they gave me invaluable advice on how to keep our devices safe but still good looking. Additionally, they provided me with a prompt and reasonably priced service. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I loved the place!! A guy named Jay Faulkner was very nice, chatty and GAVE ME THE BEST SERVICE EVER! Definitely coming back here too get my phone fixed! He also gifted me a screen protector!! Thanks so much Jay. What a wonderful guy!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND JAY AND CASPHONE AT INDRO!!!

I took my laptop in to get the screen fixed and I left with a laptop with a broken motherboard and corrupted hard drive! Now I have to completely replace my laptop with a new one, and its likely that most of the data is corrupt now. My laptop would be in better condition if I had never gone to them!The staff were completely unhelpful and could never meet any deadlines they said they would. Staff turnover seemed really high too. They told me after I finally got the laptop back that I'd need to find a place that can replace or fix a motherboard to get the computer working again - no place will offer this service! It is easier and cheaper to buy a new computer outright than it is to repair a motherboard which Casphone neglected to tell me, which I have now done after paying Casphone to fix my screen, so a complete waste of money that I will never get back.You can't even give feedback to Casphone directly on their own website, as their own contact form for feedback doesn't even work!I've potentially lost all of the data from my hard drive because of Casphone. Absolute rubbish service. If you need to get your computer repaired, go literally anywhere else.EDIT: To clarify, unlike what Casphone has stated, the laptop was not DOA, (Dead on Arrival), in fact the laptop was running perfectly, aside from a crack in the LCD screen. It did not have any latent issues with the motherboard at all before this point.Additionally, the data on my hardrive I have learned is also completely corrupted and it not recoverable.You are correct in that I did indeed get my laptop screen fixed. It's a lot like taking your car in to get a crack in the windscreen fixed, and coming back to car where the engine goes kaput as soon as you take it around the corner.

Rafael looked after us today. Great service, new phone screen and a new screen protector both done in under half an hour…brought my laptop here a couple of years ago and the service then made me think of them for my phone repairs - was great still!
