I come here to express my best review for Michael, Ryan, Suzanne and all the mechanics for their shop and amazing work!If you ever need a repair or have any problem with your vehicle in or near Port Pirie make sure to come to this family owned shop!I can’t thank enough the amazing job and all the effort they put to help me out with my campervan!Me and my partner are travelling with our campervan and when we were just passing through Port Pirie we had an overheating engine problem.Even the shop being very busy, Michael and Ryan took some time to have a look into my van and they found out a lot of problems with the whole cooling system and a major issue with the engine.Long story short, I had to replace the whole engine of my van plus the radiator and a few bits and pieces.It was a major job which they took with a lot of responsibility as they were aware and concerned for my safety as a traveller.They are very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy with everything they did for me and my partner and of course to get my van up and running again!There is the reason why there are very busy!They are also a Repco Authorised service center which gives even more peace of mind to trust their job! Arrived 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday afternoon after my lower radiator hose burst and I lost most of my coolant. The Repco store next door had the part and the fella at Thompson fitted it for me there and then. Friendly bloke, knowledgeable, helpful. Would recommend.
