I'm not happy with the service they give you then never answer the phone to reschedule so you have to call the APM through my gov and the fact you don't bget to see the same person bmy last appointment was rushed just so they could see the next person I can only rate them a one star worsed set up ever

Cannot get a hold of them on the phone to reschedule an appointment that was mode for me. Tried calling 5 separate times and left messages. Called 1300 number and they couldn't get ahold of them either. Very poor business practice. I would give negative stars if I could

Absolutely ridiculous employment service.Whoever is in charge of this branch should be replaced. This organisation needs a serious overhaul. Also, while you're at it, hire a receptionist.

The people that work for this scam should be ashamed, at no point in my contact with this organisation did they even provide the slightest bit of help. They are a profit driven dollar monster eating away at the public purse. If I could give a negative 5 star review I would.
