John @ Brisbane Pool Robotics provides an efficient and thorough service. We found that the online, phone and workshop aspects of their service are working well. Our DOLPHIN pool cleaner is repaired and our experience allows us to highly recommend this business.

I had an issue with a Zodiac cleaner that was out of warranty. The guys were really open and honest about my options. I ended up buying a new cleaner and couldn’t be happier.

I received good honest advice with regards to either fixing my old pool robot versus buying a new one. I liked how non-pushy it was. John who answered my telephone enquiry listened to what I was saying and recommended a few robots and explained the advantages/disadvantages over another model I was considering. The recommended robot was not the most expensive one and when I enquired about a more expensive model I had seen on their website, later in a subsequent phone call, he explained that it wasn't as suitable to the type of pool I have and the reason.Happy to report I have since purchased a Dolphin S200 at a competitive price and it is doing a great job cleaning the pool. It is looking so much clearer and the water quality has improved too. I was able to purchase an additional year warranty for a small additional fee, giving peace of mind as these robots are not cheap. Happy to recommend this company.

The team at Brisbane Pool robotics are great! I can not get over how well me new pool cleaner is doing after a bit of yard work around the pool.

Took over a week to return my phone calls after leaving many messages. Was wondering if they were still in business! Once they called me back, a week later, confused themselves by calling me twice thinking I was two separate enquiries. Led me to believe that this company and Pool Robotics were the same business and that they sold me the cleaner when in fact Pool Robotics is completely separate business. Wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving a premium brand cleaner with a less than honest company who are leaning on another companies long standing reputation. Be wary. Good business practice tip, build your own reputation and don’t lean off others.

This is a scam. No one ever use these people. Quoted $980 to fix machine and $1000 to but a new one with trade in. My mate fixed the machine be replacing a pin connecting to the mother board in 15 minutes. Taking this case to fair trading.

My robot pool cleaner stopped moving in the pool so I sent it to Brisbane Pool Robotics. Their work turnaround was within a few days (very fast!) and affordably priced. In addition, the staff gave great response to the questions I had regarding their service. Would not hesitate to recommend! Broken pool cleaner? Then be sure to give Brisbane Pool Robotics a try!
