I have rated this company 4 Stars due to the competence of a lot of staff members that I have interacted with. They are doing their best despite new systems and rules. I admit that the system has flaws but it's fairly new and the workers can't help that.

tribling calling for help from other source ignore your situation experienced peopel only no need diploma just how to reject and pushing peopel out but not aboriginal nevercause truble as you know more help for them to stay calm

I believe some staff are competent in fulfilling their duties laid out before them and some try to do their best, working within their means in such a flawed system.....Some folk will abuse or take advantage of their positions and their are social service workers who are in this line of work for the greater good.....There must be a balance or common ground across the sector, where people in vulnerable positions wont be reluctant to reach out for fear of......

I have put in a maintenance to get our house fixed after all the rain our house is leaking really badly and is the roof is damaged badly there are cracks in the walls ceilings bubbling coming through the paint work in the bedrooms outside is really bad see pictures

I was told I was complaining. The garden contractors were using our bin full when they came to mow. Today they cut a tree that was growing? And leaving terrible plants that need to be pulled out. Once they pulled out all my plants. I want a nice garden. But the contractor s can do what they like. Help me.
