Appointments run on time and the psychiatrist won't see you if you are more than 15 minutes late. This is clearly stated in their policy but you should be aware.

After all this running around to get a referral and an appointment made, including trying to coordinate between her two different rooms (and having to send the referral to both of them), she refused the referral, cancelled the first appointment, and her staff said their policy is not to provide an explanation. Really big waste of our time.
