There's clearly a breakdown in training at this store. I just witnessed the very young manager and workers in total panic with food piling up on the pass while I waited 25 minutes before requesting to cancel my order. There was one uber driver, one other guest and maybe 2 cars in the drive through. I understand there were probably a few online orders too, but I could see the kds from where I waited... they were close to tears and refusing to acknowledge anyone in the restaurant. I know they probably cop a lot of angry customers but it would've made a world of difference if someone just looked up and said sorry for the wait". I feel bad for the staff

I ordered ANGRY DOUBLE WHOPPER with spicy sauce and medium onion, but when I came home, I saw the getting me only ANGRY WHOPPER, not DOUBLE!!, but they charged me for BOUBLE.!!! It's not fair this is not the first time I have had an issue with my order but never complained because I can understand the are busy, but still I'm a customer and I'm right I paid money to get a meals and a good services, so I'm not recommended for this store for no body.

I recently visited a Hungry Jack's store and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and they quickly took my order with a smile.The food was delicious and hot, and it arrived quickly, which was great since I was pretty hungry. I ordered the classic Whopper with fries and a drink, and it was cooked to perfection - juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of toppings.What really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors, tables, and chairs were spotless, and the restroom was also well-maintained.Overall, I highly recommend this Hungry Jack's store to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable fast food experience. The staff was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Jack would be going hungry...I challenge this burger establishment to make me a better burger. I don't think you could be more unhappy then to eat here.Plus I walked in got ignored, it took 10mins for rubbish.

This is (possibly) the first negative review I've left. Was waiting over half an hour for one meal. The staff were all busy, with burgers and drinks being made quite quickly, but no one seemed particularly interested in putting them into bags or giving them to the customers. At the peak, there were 12 people waiting for orders, and each person who received food wished everyone else luck on the way out. One customer asked a staff member what was going on, but was told sorry

Yeah listen I don't like leaving negative reviews for places, especially establishments that are so new, but I have to draw the line somewhere. Last night I ordered a family deal which cost a little over $50 through the app, left to go grab my meal after a couple of minutes, once I arrived, I told them my order number then continued to wait around 20 minutes for my order. While waiting the entire staff were running around like crazy and yelling at each other, the kitchen was an absolute mess and I had a moment where I kind of regretted ordering just by the appearance of the store and was contemplating asking for a refund. Once I received my food and got home, the two whoppers were so over packed it was hard to eat without everything falling out, and this was after I had to reheat it in the microwave as it was cold out of the bag. As for the chips, you’d think a family size order would have family sized chips, they were the size of what I would usually get in a large meal for one. Honestly, I’ve had better Hungry Jacks at McDonalds.Think the mt gravatt north team should just close for a weekend to get training and procedures done because truth be told, this like the 3rd time coming here and each time I’ve had issues, it won't get better unless everyone is dialled in.

I dont understand why I can't leave a 0 star review. We don't eat take out very often. It's a nice treat when we do. I spent $30 to get my daughter and I a meal each and it was effing terrible. I got a chicken burger and was burnt and drenched in dressing. No salad. Legit have the worst taste in my mouth. How about train your staff to actually do the job properly?. Yuck. Definitely won't be visiting hungry jacks stores again, that's for sure.

I've been here a few times and I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as they are new but it's been a while now and there's been no improvement. There is something wrong at this hungry jacks.They are incredibly slow and it seems to just be inefficiency. Staff may not get proper training or maybe there's some bottle necks in the kitchen that makes it so you have to wait 25 minutes for the food in drive through.

Just purchased a breaky wrap from here. The guy who gave me my wrap literally said nothing he rudely almost threw it into my car and stormed off. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! I would be embarrassed to have someone like work for me. He was tall islander decent with long hair.

Another unhappy customer here. Ordered 3 burgers - 1 had a patty that was burnt to inedible with virtually no cheese and definitely no sauce in the burger; another one was so smothered in sauce that the bun was soggy and glue-like in parts that it was impossible to eat; all burgers and chips were cold with most of the ingredients that had slid off the actual burger. We had to reheat the chips to eat them - they were completely cold.This isn't the first time we've ordered from this store and received either incorrect items or poorly made food. Reading prior reviews, we're clearly not alone in our experience - seems there is a serious lack of training, care and management in this HJs.
