Excellent service from the lovely lady who we spoke to. Our contractor sent us here to look at pavers and BVN gave us a brochure and had a great display full of choices. Great to actually feel and get close to the product. Great service and really helpful. Thank you.

Have had to visit twice to make choices for our landscaper. Staff very friendly and helpful, polite and knowledgeable. All very tidy and clean. Very busy and a big dog keeping watch, also very friendly. Great place and great choice for products. Worth the visit.

They didn’t deliver the correct amount of rocks, told me I was wrong, then ignored me when they realised I was correct, and did not deliver the additional rocks. I am STILL waiting to hear from them! Really poor customer service.

Really positive. Great customer service, with knowledgable, attentive and friendly staff. Skilled drivers too — with plenty of overhanging trees to navigate, their ability to find a gap to successfully deliver firewood is second-to-none...saves a lot of extra trips with the wheelbarrow. Always stoked to support local, and champion the businesses who appreciate it.

Paid for 1 scoop of sand 8 bags of cement and steel delivered half and then said prove we didn’t deliver all will take your money and not supply goods do not use
