This was my favourite nail salon… I am a very regular customer and usually have a good experience.BUT today i got my nails done and they look absolutely terrible. The lady looked almost annoyed to be even doing my nails. She also filed off the top of my finger and left me bleeding. I left in a rush as i was upset and then 5 minutes later decided that i shouldn’t stand for it. When i went back to complain and hopefully get a refund or at least get them fixed, i was YELLED at and argued with for about 10 minutes. I have never been argued with like that as a customer and it was disgusting. You do not treat regular customers like that. After the lady argued with me she said the “best” she could do was give me $5 back… after spending $70 on disgusting nails, $5 is going to do nothing.Absolutely disgusted in this service and WILL NOT be returning… you have lost a regular customer!!!!!!!

It was the fastest manicure + gel polish I have ever done (which I love!) I was out in less then half an hour and great final result!

I usually come here every 3 weeks to have infills and shellac and it’s usually $50, this time I went I was in there for 2 hours, the lady burnt me with the drill a few times, she left acrylic all around my nails and the colour I chose wasn’t nice which I understand that’s my fault but that’s also all round my fingers, then I got to the till and they charged me $70 as my nails are long which they always are and I’ve never been charged that. Overall bad experience so I don’t think I’ll be going back.

got my acrylic nails done and they are amazing however i got my eyelashes tinted and lifted and my booking was at 4:15 and they didn't start until 5:45. my eyelashes are far to lifted and some are not even lifted. my eyebrow wax wasn't even that good and she didn't even do what i asked for. the room was unhygienic with wax on the walls and she used the same spoolie on me as she did on the people before me. overall would not come back.

Edit: Had a hideous manicure here today. Paid $50 and will probably need to have it taken off in a few days because it looks so horrible. They didn't even give me colours to choose from, had to get them off another customer myself, how bad is that?! It was also aggressive and painful. The more I look at it the more upset I'm getting, they've actually broken the skin in a few places. It's such a shame because it has been so good before. Will not be going back!I was so impressed by the shellac manicure I had done today! I got colour french tips and they're perfect, really even tips. They're better than a much more expensive place I've been to recently. It was really quick too, not rushed but efficient. Will definitely come back to have it done again. Thanks :)

Got charged $85 for acrylics with one quick layer of glitter French tip that you could barely see in person and had 3 different people sit to do my nails and was a really rushed job. I get that it's busy and you want to serve as many people as you can or whatever but that's ridiculous and super over charged. Wont go back there again.

I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails at just after 10am on a Saturday morning which is a busy time. The gentleman, who was busy doing another customers nails, addressed me politely and accommodated me right away. I was very happy with the service from the staff who all looked professional in their uniforms. I was very happy wth the end result. I paid $45 for my set which I guess is pretty standard. Very happy with their work (please see photo). Great range of colours. Will definitely be back and would recommend.

Shocking service! I wish I could put a picture of my nails up to show you what sort of job they do. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for over 32 years now and never had such a bad job done. My shellac nail polish came off that afternoon. I was quoted $45 for infill and shellac but when I went to pay I was charged $55 with the excuse being they had to put an extra coat of nail polish on so that cost $10 – are you for real!!!! Where have you ever been charged extra $10 for three coats of shellac? I don’t recommend this place to anyone and if I could give it no stars at all I would. Never going there again, even in emergency.!!!!
