I feel so sry for the residents staff are very rude and management is really bad so plz think 100 times while you applying job over here

I have put my mother in there for respite twice now and she came out a lot better in mobility at 94 she also looked healthier. Only place that she can communicate as she only speaks Spainish.

We found that staff was very warm and welcoming towards my mother in law. It is understandable that care decreased and stress increased during covid times. Hoping for better times.

It's better to send your loved ones to jail. Residents have underwear with holes, not taken care of properly. Management complains if employees even drink water and to work faster as they are understaffed.

I have worked in residential garden for almost 3 years and I can say that it is a great place where we take care of, respect and protect our residents as if they were our family, in addition to having good facilities.

I’ve been so fortunate to have been able to work for the past two months at Resi Gardens. They just have the most gorgeous team to work with. They care for their residents so beautifully, anything we needed for them they got it. The management people were so caring and helped lots.

I have been working for more than 3 years at Residential Gardens and I can say that it is a wonderful place where our loved ones can be because all the staff always take care of them with great love and respect, including the management that always looks for the well-being of the residents and the staff.

This was a worst experience i have ever had while working. First of all, RN and Team leader have not any idea that how much staff they needed. I am working as AIN and when they realise that they have over staff they decided to send us home. After that, when i finished my shift then Team leader told me have you done with documentation, i told her that i was too busy while my whole time and there was no computer available to do documentation. Then she became very rude with me, even RN supports her and she was very rude too. I don't understand why people misuse their positions. Everyone has right to be treated fairly while working. i am so disappointed with their behaviour.

I wanted to rate 0 unfortunately there is no option, First of all i feel so sorry for residents who staying here..if anyone thinking to work here please stop think 10 times. .

Let me start by saying the residents are just a darling.... Yes they truly are, really friendly.Kudos to the care staff who tried their best They will help you to the best even though there is language barrier which poses Risks.I would have given Zero if the option was availableThe issues lie within the Zoo, the head of the snake needs to be cut off for the interest of the residents and staff and anyone involve in the care of the residents.People got role they are not qualify for and override the Clinicians who are registered and nationally recognised to practice within a certain score.They talk down on outsider that comes in with a good heart and a good intention to genuinely help.They have absolutelly NO respect whatsoever for outside clinicians.I left that home with heavy heart and eyes full of tears.Nobody deserve to come to work and get treated like a nobody.Respect is free and effortless.The job is hard enoughHopefully this get look after for the sake of the resident.
