I had found myself in Darling Harbour trying to get some work done while friends were off entertaining themselves. On my stroll around the larger area, I found myself in Barangaroo and, of of the countless coffee shops I poked my head into, I decided on Toby's because of the balance it strikes between calm and openness. Being located on the periphery of a tower lobby means that the location feels airy and connected but it manages to avoid the sounds of hustle and bustle, all the while remaining a great spot for people watching.Coffee's fine. Better than most chains. And the service was classy and professional.

This tobys seems to lack consistency and I think the rush is too much for them. They lost 2 stars because of the bad coffee but got 3 because of the nice take away breakfast.

Toby's coffee is good. We all know that. Surprisingly, the food is also great and priced reasonably especially in Baranggaroo. It took a while for food to arrive but it is worth the long wait.

We and the crew come here every day and always have a top notch experience. Special call out to the Lucinda who always remembers our order and has a chat to pass the time.However she doesn’t like shoes with no socks ( which is another great plus)

By far the best chai latte I've ever had. Like wow. I don't even drink that on the regular.Though I must say the seating was horrible. The back support digs into your back. There are no proper comfortable seats.It's supposed to be a flagship store and seating in a cafe is extremely important. You pay a premium you should get one.

Lovely coffee as you'd expect from Toby's Estate.Chai latte, not so much - very sweet though not surprising as they use a syrup rather than a brewed milk tea.No clear gluten free options or treats.

Toby's Estate in Barangaroo is a top cafe and roaster that produces 5 star cups of coffee each time.They have lovely food, be it you want a full meal or a light snack on the go.Great staff and shout out to Praw who looked after me. Nice lady who works hard! Love her work!July 2021 update: Back for more coffee and love it!
