Central, comfortable, quiet place to spend the night. Manager very helpful. Forgot some items and he forwarded via post the next day.

Clean room, good for what you pay for.Friendly helpful staff.Great water pressure in the showerThere was no knives, forks or plates there was a Kettle and toaster supplied. With 2 mugs, spoons and some biscuits which was nice.Rang reception to ask for an ironing board and iron. Only got bought up the ironing board

Location was great! The room was filthy there were dead blowflies everywhere there was little bits of snot or something all over the wall the shower had dead cockroaches in it and the smell almost made me sick! we were told they were booked out but they had other rooms available but didn’t want to move us we had 1 coffee and nothing else not even milk when I asked the guy in the office how long he worked here he said two weeks we watched the cleaners clean the rooms the next morning and they changed sheets put in new towels and shut the doors do not stay here! The only reason we did was because all other motels in the town we booked out completely we stayed here many years ago and the rooms we clean and lovely so not sure what has happened to this place since then but we will never stay here again! Absolutely disgusting!

Service was exceptional. The room is great. With the air-conditioning heater and electric blanket, it made the 5°C mornings very comfortable. And so close to the town centre, i was able to walk. Thanks team.

Our room was shabby and dirty. The double bed mattress was lumpy and sagged in the middle. The curtain hooks were broken and so only half of the curtain was hanging. The walls were dirty and there was a thick layer of brown dust on the top of the air-conditioner, the curtain pelmet and the picture frame.The room required cleaning and repair. We had booked and paid for 2 nights but left after just 1 night.

One night stay as a stopover between a long drive. Located only a short 5 mins walk from the main street where there were some bars, takeaways and a Woolworths.Front desk were extremely helpful, helping with some printing we needed (thank you again!) And decent operation hours until 9pm.Rooms were functional, clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed, car parking right outside room and WiFi was decent. Only downside for me was the bathroom whilst the water was hot and powerful, the ceiling and walls had some minor damp creeping up on them but that being said, wouldn't put me off and I'd stay again if needed.

Good motel stay, well priced and close to town centre. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, he accommodated us to a room of our choice available. Room was basic but clean. Middle of winter stay and the room was well insulated (minimal noise and cold incursion from outside). TV, A/C unit, fridge, hot water in the shower and coffee/ tea facilities provided. Parking on premises. Highly recommend for a motel stay of a couple of days.

A nice place to stay in Cootamundra, good service, friendly staff also clean room, really enjoyed our stay there with the family.
