From spot on and speedy diagnosis, to surgical expertise, after hours and post surgical care, we cannot recommend Benalla Veterinary Clinic highly enough. 10 days after a massive surgery and Flossy, our beautiful Australian Cattle Dog has made a remarkable recovery. We thankyou for treating her with such care and attention. Today the stitches came out and it's great to see that cheeky blue dog grin again!

My family and I have visited the Benalla Vet Clinic and have found they were up to date with all services that we thought were only available in Melbourne. This coupled with their country friendliness and customer service, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Our cat Zeus is happy too.

If you're after people who really have the best interest of you pets and animals, this is the Vet for you. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the best, they show compassion not just for the animals in their care but also for the owners of said animals. They are passionate about their work, from the Vets to the Nurses and administration staff. Your animals will have the best of care at this Veterinary Clinic.

Expensive, doubled the price. I recommend you get the cost before accepting, like going to the dentist you know how much prior to the treatment. A blank screen was signed to accept overnight stay and to be told later that it was a document for up to 600 dollars you were agreeing too. This was never disclosed nor seen. After discussion we were in the fault. Which is untrue. Don't sign there blank screen and get the cost before approving.Overnight stay no one is there , poor animals must be scared. Ours apparently vomited and they found it in the morning when they started their shift.Not impressed with the poor professionalism.Thank you for your response. We returned with the account and you would not discuss it and I have since phoned and you slammed the phone down. My animal died a few days after your care because it returned home worse no better for your huge fee. If you cared the you would have discussed this. I will never return to your practice again. I would like my money back

The entire team at Benalla Vet Clinic are awesome. We breed and train Labrador Retrievers and entrust all their health care to Benalla vet. They go above and beyond to help us out and because we have so many dogs they always try to provide us with discounts wherever they can. Their veterinary care is outstanding.

I have been using Benalla Veterinary Clinic for the past 9 years, I always find the staff very kind and caring for both my dogs. The vet explains in easy terms what's happening with your pet. In all those years I have never had any problems and of course if your pet is sick or injured you are stressed and they make sure they find a spot to bring them and been seen as quick as possible.
