Georgia was lovely and explained the exercises I needed to get my body moving again after having my baby. She recorded videos so I could watch at home and do the exercises correctly.I definitely recommend booking an appointment at FlexiFit due to their excellent service, specially after having baby.

8 years and counting both Tessa and Georgia have been treating me from head totoe. Whether it be soft tissue damage fromAnkle injuries, lumbar spine and disc spasms during and post pregnancy or treating my migranes and vertigo from constant c-spine pain I would never see anyone else. I highly recommend the girls, they are hands on, attentive, compassionate and committed to each and every one of mine and their patients individual needs. Thank you for your patience and thank you for everything you do to make this mum feel cared for and walking more upright when I leave FlexiFit Physiotherapy.

I’ve been seeing Georgia from Flexifit Physio for about a month now and she’s been amazing. I’ve played Rugby League for 24 years and I’d put her up as one of the best physio’s I’ve seen (there’s been a few!)She’s very thorough, knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She doesn’t cut corners and you can tell she’s genuinely invested in your health and getting back your quality of life. I’ve seen huge improvements on my injury already thanks to Georgia.10/10 would recommend. Thanks for your help Georgia!

I couldn’t recommend FlexiFit more! Not only are Georgia and Tessa incredibly knowledgeable but they are also very easy to talk to. In very few sessions at FlexiFit, I saw significant improvements on my shoulder injury and am now almost entirely pain-free. I don't think I could speak more highly of Georgia even if I tried! She is outstanding in her field! When my old physio went onto doing corporate only, I struggled for years to find someone half as good as she was. When I had my first session with Georgia I couldn't believe that I have finally found someone that was as good as she was, if not better even! Such a warm personality with a wealth of knowledge!!

I was in pain over the Christmas break and needed some help. I found FlexiFit online and after my first visit I left without pain and could move much better. I had no idea how stiff I was. Great hands on service and no hooking up to machines. Highly recommend Georgia and her team for your physio needs.

I just had my first session with Georgia, that was amazing. Haven’t had the best experiences in the past with Pysiotherapists. She was very hands on, very knowledgeable and passionate. I have had issues for years and it is night and day the difference from walking in to now. I highly recommend. Best physiotherapists on the northern beaches for sure!
