Australia Post - Burwood East LPO

Had the worst 2 weeks just because of this place. I see everybody complains about the lady at store. Owning shop does not mean they own us. Please give correct information to the customers. My Items was returned after 13 days without going to the receiver as she told me my parcel was sent through courier and she did a normal post. I asked her twice is this going on Courier. I did a formal complain and not going back again even to send a Christmas Card. 0" stars"

Several bad experiences in lodging passport and sending parcels. Quite rude staff there :(

This post office workers are racist. No, I'm not saying after being there just once. Again and again it happens and that makes me wonder what else it can be. If you check  other google  reviews , you can see dark skinned south asians consistently having  terrible experience in this Post Office.They will open a new register when there is a white or Chinese customer in the queue. Once that customer has been served , they will close the line and pretend as if they don't see anyone else in the queue.  They will also serve Chinese customers bypassing the queue while ignoring any coloured people waiting patiently in there.  When serving coloured people on the register , they show a rude ,  careless and unhelpful attitude in contrast to how they treat white skinned customers.Overall a  dingy and racist Australia post outlet. Don't take my words for it. Read the other reviews.

They don’t give you the best advice for sending parcels, charging more when they know there is a cheaper option. I send once, nominally under $15 and they charged me $18+. I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to question her. Never come back again

Terrible service. I took a photo and waiting for 3 days still didn't recive any thing for my email. After I call fianlly then agreed to send me the photo. Excserse me, you are providing services, not robbing. Before confirming receiving the photos ,the guy just hang up the phone and leave me there like wft why they are still runinng in the market.

Great customer support.Just recently had my passport Renewed...I needed the documents printed out.The Owner let me use the Post office Computer to print out the forms.I've been going to this Post Office for over 10 yrs.Always happy with the customer service.

The lady is extremely rude and mean. After shooting a very blur passport photo, she insisted submitting our application. As a result, we had to resend a supplementary photo. The entire process took us 4 months.

Rude and unhelpful staff requesting my personal information. Was there to send a parcel, then the guy asked for my email address to send me digital receipt. I questioned why he couldn’t just print me a receipt with tracking number (just like Camberwell AusPost does every single time), having my personal information is totally unnecessary. He then abruptly placed my parcel on the weight and told me to go to other AusPost. Then I lodged a complaint and checked with AusPost customer service & investigation team - they confirmed that customer does NOT need to provide email address to send a parcel. Area manager will follow up with this branch to make sure they don’t ask for email address again. If you are sending a parcel and are requested to provide personal information - call 131318 to report them. Seriously the staff needs some proper training - it was a waste of my time queuing up and having to put up with such rude staff was unbelievable.

Brought my 2 month old baby to take passport photos. The lady is friendly and professional, only takes couple minutes to get it done!
