Burger was fabulous but the sweet potato chips where soggy could have been cooked longer. Not over priced for the serving size. I even found there beers prices where bit cheaper then the pub up the road. The only thing I didn't like was the seagulls flying in and out all around the tables outside where I was sitting. They just drove me up the wall as they kept landing on my table.

Very nice and clean place, juicy burgers and the sauce was amazing. I love that option of small (sliders) burgers was available. The order comes very quickly.

Great burger choices catering well for vegos & vegans. The thick crunchy fries with herb's were awesome. Can't get them out of my mind. Hell yes! I'll be back

I would like to take the time to trash on Cass’s service. Due to the fact that they do not wear name badges (very unprofessional) she has purple hair and bad makeup. I waited over 40 minutes for a small chips. Don’t go here

Food was good, service was terrible from the front counter lady.My group of friends and I were wanting to book a table for lunch, we rang the store numerous times on multiple phones. No answer. We ended up ordering online for store pick up. Then we walked in asking for a table as we were unable to book a table online and we were greeted by Cass. Cass was not wearing a hair net and she was in between kitchen and the floor. Before saying hello, Cass abruptly asked why we didn't call and then made excuses for why they didn't answer when we assured her we did. She showed us to a table and we waited for our food which was ordered 10 minutes prior to us entering. In short the food took 40 minutes. The store was fairly busy, but not busy enough to take that amount of time for burgers. Every time we asked how long our food would be, she continued to say 5 more minutes" We eventually got our food

The worst burger i have had in years,Bun was small , very stale abd rock hard, triple the amount of dijon mustard that should have, could not taste pickles b ecause of it, tiny bit of lettuce and the burger patty was thin and falling apart, never going back to a grilled burgers.

Very dissappointed, with 17 AUD I would have prepared a gourmet burget at home and would have avoided the dissapointment with this poor simple burger. Is not the first time I have a bad experience at Grill'd, NEVER CIMIMG BACK, I woyld spend my money wisely somewhere else.

Burger was fine and as expected. However, none of the tables were cleaned after any of the previous diners had left. They All had crumbs on them. I also had to use the toilet, which I don't think had been cleaned in months. It was disgusting.
