Did a quality job on our renovation. Communication was good especially with covid restrictions not allowing us to be at the property while renovation was occurring. Gave me some good ideas to use in the bathroom. Quality work from both the Miliken and their contractors. Would definitely recommend Miliken Builders.

We engaged Troy and his team for a whole house external renovation and we are VERY happy with the result. Troy and Lydia are very easy to deal with and have good communication. Troy and his team responded to our request for a small structural change at our business premises in Wollongong. Troy was able to fit us in at short notice and solve a long running difficulty. He and his team arrived on time, caused minimal interruption and worked quickly. The work done was quick, of a high quality a they cleaned up before leaving. A high recommendation is well deserved.

Milliken Builders have completed work on both our rental property and home. Troys team are professional, timely allways polite and courteous. No cigarette buts and bum cracks with loud mouth attitude here. They keep you informed and work problems that are inevitable with renovations. There is an approach to safety to protect both builders and clients during the build. When complete a final inspection and clean up after themselves to ensure client satisfaction. Troy and the team work hard and always strive to keep you informed as to where they are at, and any little problems that inevitably crop up in a bathroom replacement in a 30 year-old property. The good thing is they come with solutions, not just problems. We are very happy with the final result.

They were very organised and the work was completed to a very high standard, top notch finish, communication was so easy with them. Troy and his team recently did a cedar window replacement and another small structural job for me. They are friendly & professional and as the jobs weren’t straight forward Troy gave advice & options to resolve some small unforeseen issues. They worked safely, kept me informed, were punctual and importantly cleaned up any rubbish daily. Recommend.
