House Call Doctor - Home Doctor Brisbane

I booked a doctor at 6:45pm. They called five minutes later to let me know they'd be here soon and arrived about 30 minutes after that. The consult took less than five minutes and my script was instantly texted to my phone. The doctor was kind and the whole experience was pretty exceptional really. Lucky to live in a place with such great healthcare.

I booked an appointment online and waited for a phone call after the website confirmed a doctor would be there inside 2 hours. I get a text message 1 hour later to tell me that they are booked out and to schedule a telehealth. Not really sure how a guy over the phone is going to bring down a high fever but I suppose it was a good way to waste an hour

No doctor came within the 4 hour promised. The call back system is hopeless as I could not find out the reason for the delay. No wonder this service has so many dissatisfied clients.

Called to book at 11am on Sunday, booking was confirmed. Told that the doctor would ring shortly to provide an ETA. An hour later I received a text saying the doctor was booked out. Unsure why so many people are receiving confirmations of their booking if the doctor is not available. Waste of time.

Feels like a scam! I called in at 6pm and booked my appointment online with someone gave my personal details and medicare number. They said the booking was made and a Doctor would call before coming.. i waited all night nothing, i even called back and used there digital form to send a message to the team and nothing. This place has my details and provided no service. Do not use!

I called and had a confirmed booking. I was told they would be able to visit within 3 hours. Then 1.5 hours of waiting and I just get a text message saying they’re booked out and the doctor won’t be coming. The booking should never have been confirmed

Don't waste your time! I booked for my elderly mother (94 yrs) yesterday by phone, at 3pm. Received text confirmation of booking at 3.11pm. Then at 7.38pm received text Hello this is House Call Doctor. Unfortunately our local doctor is unable to assist." Mum in now in hospital. 13health advised to call 000

On hold for 4 hours just to be told that they have no doctors (makes no mathematical sense); just say so in the “on hold music”. Past experiences, doctor won’t even show up. If you don’t want to or can’t serve customers, turn your phones off without wasting sick people’s times.

Said a Dr could come out straight away to see my very sick 13 month old and then 2 hours later sent a message saying they are fully booked. Now I need to go possibly waste hospital resources by taking her in to be seen. This is ridiculous

Extremely Poor Service!Booking confirmation received 3pm, no show 4.5 hours later. Contacted call centre staff who confirmed booking still valid and would send message to doctor.Still no show 7am following morning, contacted call centre staff to be advised that booking didn't exist??A new booking made and confirmed, 4 hours later still no show, contacted call centre staff again who opted to hang up instead of providing a resolution. Another call made to call centre who advised booking still valid and had to wait.15 mins later received text advising they were unable to attend.Call centre staff need training in customer service.This service doesn't deserve any star rating.Use someone else!!! Don't waste your time.
