I was sceptical coming in due to the great deals they had but wow was I very impressed. The technician was able to identify my issues just by feel without me even mentioning anything. It felt incredible and I walked out feeling like I was walking on a cloud. Will definitely be back.

The sheets and massage tables are so tidy and clean. They change the massage disposal sheets in front of each single customer and sanitize triple times before and after each single client. Really awesome professional massage therapists here! They are really friendly and versatile licensed specialists! Always do a bit extra longer for clients for free!

I had booked a massage for me and my partner based on the positive reviews here. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed by our experience.We had booked the 45 min head and shoulders massage.We had expected to be sat upright in a chair, but were directed to lie down on the massage bed and told to strip to our waist. When we clarified that we only wanted the head and shoulders massage we were reassured by the receptionist that it was just so that the masseurs could include a little work on our back.However, neither masseur paid any attention to the booking instructions. Midway through, my partner was asked to remove his trousers, despite him explaining again that we wanted head and shoulders only.My masseur proceeded to sit sideways on my table, and used only 1 hand most of the time.The two men chatted loudly to each other throughout. My partner speaks Mandarin and understood that the two men were locum staff. They were talking about how other massage parlours were better because they paid cash and therefore allowed them to evade taxes. This was deeply unprofessional and the constant talking ruined the experience.After what I believe was about 40 minutes of work on our back and legs, they finally moved to the head part of the massage. But there was no massage. There were no massage oils. He simply poked and prodded my scalp. He didn't even remove the paper sheet from my head.I ended the massage early, after the masseur began making his way down the entire length of my body, pressing his hands on my bum more than once.We gave this feedback to the receptionist who was very apologetic. She offered a voucher and a session with a female therapist but I declined - we do not plan to return.

Asked 3 times before massage for deep tissue to which she said yes we will get a man to do it" i then was made to wait 25 mins laying on the table

I have been to Rany's massage multiple times for deep tissue neck and back massage. I cannot recommend highly enough. Very professional and a great team.

Been 3 times in the last 3 months. I like the design of the rooms, you don’t get very much shopping centre noise coming through and the music is at a relaxing level. Don’t be fooled by the stature of the girls, they can really get into the knots if they need to.Prices shown online or in pictures are not current. Prices displayed in store are about $10 more depending on service option.
