I’ve been a regular at this practice for years. Usually fairly close to time. New office and other staff now and I had to wait about 20 minutes to be taken into the consult room then about 10 minutes after that. I don’t mind waiting usually but this was in my break which I’d already extended and was 15 minutes late back to work. The nurse and doctor were both lovely to deal with and the doctor apologised. I’d like the front desk staff to smile more. This was also an issue with previous front desk staff.

As always a good visit with Professor Pyne he is a man of brevity and intensity which I find refreshing direct and to the point. His skills are well known and require no additional comment. I recommend him highly to all who ask. In our culture and climate it is good to have such a skilled doctor.

I had my annual skin cancer check today, and Dr Susan Beale , did a very thorough check up. She spent time answering all my questions about a few suspicious spots I was concerned about. Luckily, I was all clear for another year. I’ve been attending this practice for 5 years now for my annual check up, and it is always done in a very professional and thorough manner. I would highly recommend this practice.

My appointment went extremely well today at Prof Pyne & Associates. They were prompt & very professional .My only issue was a senior office lady gave one of the receptionists a very public ticking off. The room was full of patients & I felt she could have been mindful of her feelings & taken her aside.

Dr. Beale treated me for two skin cancers this time. Both doctor and nurse are very friendly and efficient and I am confident I have received the best treatment. Parking is available on site and the building is new and fresh. Excellent experience.

My husband and I moved to this practice early this year and are so happy we did. We see Dr Beale and are very comfortable with her. She explains everything so well and we have never felt rushed. The receptionists and nurses are warm and friendly - and fees are far less than what we were paying at the practice we previously attended. We have happily recommended this practice to family and friends.

Dr Pearce took the time to answer all my questions and assuage my concerns about a suspicious mole. I also found the nursing staff to be competent and professional when dealing with wound care post-removal of the mole.

Have always been happy with the professional service of this clinic. As I'm covered in spots and moles - all good so far but peace of mind that I have a regular scheduled convenient check up and the practice. The rooms always seem to run on time which is an added bonus. Thanks John and Michelle

I highly recommend Prof Pyne & Assoc. All the staff at this practice (reception, nurses and doctors) are incredibly professional, caring and kind people.I saw Dr Susan Beale for a skin check and I found her to be a very experienced, understanding and highly competent practitioner.Highly recommend.
