I first saw the team at Aim to help with ongoing muscle soreness in my back from working a desk job and hunching over a keyboard all day. I thought it would probably be just a one off visit but I felt so relieved after the very first massage that I have made it a regular appointment for over 2 years now. I look forward to my 4-weekly fix and couldn't recommend the team at Aim highly enough.

Amy and her team are amazing, so accommodating and professional. Helped me so much with my neck injury!!! I'm now a regular, and couldn't ask for better

I have been seeing Amy regularly for around 5 years. I cannot recommend the Aim Team highly enough. Amy is always so accommodating and especially recently for my preganancy and postpartum massages (working around a newborn and even having baby come along to a few appointments to make sure I could still be taken care of). I always look forward to my next appointment and have never left disappointed. The clinic is gorgeous, always so fresh and inviting. Book in with any of the team and I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Best hands in Launceston by far!

Extremely disappointed in this business. I booked an appointment online (with only 12 hours between making the booking and my appointment time). I woke up the next morning with a bad cold and called as soon as the business opened to discuss my situation, my appointment was at 9.15am. I informed Kate (my massage therapist that I was happy to come in but didn’t want to expose other people. Kate informed me she would rather me stay home. There was no mention of a cancellation fee. I highly doubt they would have filled this appointment anyway as it had been available online for days prior.No refund, no offer to reschedule - just charged me $105.Absolutely terrible communication. Will definitely never return and will be spreading the word about their poor and misleading customer service.Definitely a good way to encourage people to not disclose they are unwell if they are going to be treated this way..

I am grateful for the privilege to have had two massage with Josie. This young lady is a natural, listening to her client and targeting problem areas with the perfect pressure.Josie truly knows her stuff.

Can't go past Aim Remedial - I see Amy once a month and cannot recommend her enough. From looking after me during a powerlifting comp prep, pregnancy and postpartum, I have always walked away feeling amazing!! Amy really takes the time to get to know your body and work at any niggles that need attending to.

Every massage has been relaxing whilst relieving pain and tension. I've tried several therapists at AIM and been happy with all. They take the time to understand an issue and fully treat it, along with suggesting complementing aids such as stretches etc
