UPDATE: Car finally delivered.When brought up with salesman, we were told we were just lucky to get our car. No compensation for the thousands we spent to account for having no car for the extended period, no apology, no f's given.The whole experience made what should have been an exciting experience, one that I was just glad was over.Original Review:We ordered a new car after the dealer told us it would be a 4 month wait. 2 weeks later dealer told us they had no idea when it would be in and couldn't give us an estimated date of any kind.It is now 7+ months later; still no car, still no estimated delivery date.On top of that, we've received conflicting information about our car multiple times in the few interactions we've had with the dealer.The monthly" check-ins promised by the dealer happen bi-monthly-ish

I bought a Kia picanto GT line. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Gabby is a professional yet friendly and helpful.They gave me a great trade-in on my MG.I highly recommend this business.

Went in to start looking at getting a new car and had Ryan come over and gave me all the information I could possibly want so I could make a better decision.Ryan was straightforward, knowledgeable and spent the time actually listening to what I was after.Was meant to be 4 to 6 months for delivery but was able to get it within 3 which given the current global production was lucky.Car itself is running fantastically.

Worst customer service I have had this displeasure of experiencing. Each time I booked in my car the wat time was close to 30min just to talk to someone.Then upon receiving it back there was a new problem that they denied had anything to do with them. The first time I accepted that this can happen and paid and extra approx. $400 to fix it however the second time I was told that they take no responsibility for the things that they use during the time and if it is broken again then I would have to pay to get it fixed yet again.Maybe it is just me but if you break something it should be your job to fix the thing you have broken.To their credit, even though I did not like what he said Josh dealt with me as professionally as he could.P.S. I did not take it back in I looked up all the possible manuals and tutorials to fix it myself.

Kia's warranty is unbelievable. They covered the suspension work even after all the bad roads around at the moment. I wouldn't have questioned them if they said no to a warranty claim..

Bad, not competitive at all. Rang up and spoke to a sales person, despite several other dealerships offering better deals, they encouraged me to come down in person and see them to discuss further". Traveled 1hr to see them

Amazing service from beginning to end!Helping me from day 1, 25.3.23 service department (Joshua) helped me when I was stuck on the central coast with a dash light flashing he had my Sorento back on the road within 3.5 hours. It was a very last minute cry for help, by myself, so I could get home out west, to then driving out with a brand new carnival 5.4.23. The car was sold to me by the down to earth, funny, friendly and kind Miss Gabbie with a non-fake sales pitch. This was all done in the same week. Gabbie was given a timeline as I needed a vehicle to travel north in and I wanted add ons to the brand new vehicle, everyone was very accommodating! Big thanks also to Jacob for arranging finance.

Brand new car was damaged in 2 place’s. The dealership basically said too bad so sad. When I was getting my own finance sorted they would delay up to 24hr for simple documentation because I wasn’t using in house finance. I will never buy anything here again. I would rather drive the extra to avoid dealing with these guys

Great customer service from Ebany.I purchased my Kia Sportage from here a few months ago. While it was on order Ebany provided regular updates of when it was anticipated to arrive and notified me as soon as it came in.I had a newborn baby so arranging a convenient collection time was proving difficult, so Ebany arranged for delivery of the car to my house, which was amazingly helpful.After delivery, I had a few questions about certain features, which Ebany followed up on straight away, and she also encouraged me to reach out if I had any further questions.Really happy with the customer service throughout, and absolutely loving the new car!
