APM Mandurah

Because I couldn't put no stars, The only reason they got that one star from me is because of one Awesome lady who used to work there! I can honestly say I've never seen or heard so much unprofessionalism in a place where they are supposed to help others gain employment. When I was told over the phone by one on their consultants that she didn't care who I was, well that was it for me. And tricking people into signing documents, that is disgusting behaviour. And all for KPI's & $$Thank goodness they're closing down here!!!

I've been dealing with Amanda at APM. Amanda has always been amazing to deal with. She genuinely cares about helping me find employment and is always helpful informative and so nice. She's been nothing but amazing definitely recommend anyone seeing her that actually wants to work and get help finding opportunities.

I would highly recommend Simon. Called into APM as my payments had been cut off. My service person was on holiday. Simon sorted out my payments there and then. I mentioned to him that I was sick of being put in the two hard basket. I just wanted a job. Within 2 days he had me enrolled into a traffic management course a week later I was employed. Thanks for all your help mate. Just proves it's not that hard to find a job if you speak to the rite person.

Honestly actually thought they were there to help. I work 40+ hours a fortnight and claim a small benefit. I do all my compliance,job search,attend appointments etc. I even have lost hours at work attending appointments just so my partner's disability doesn't get cut off. The past two months my job search has been audited. Was told by apm it is Centrelink doing it,rang Centrelink today apparently it is apm doing it they are just blaming Centrelink. I feel like I have been targeted for no reason and if it is an individual at apm auditing me I think the work they are doing needs to be looked at. Apm you do not try to help me seek employment you actually hinder me from doing my job. After reading recent other reviews it looks like there is a big problem with dishonesty in the Mandurah office that really needs to be looked at by Centrelink.

Called des many times to get no answer three days in a row and when managed to get through i had different people each time to help my problem perhaps one of could've wrote the situation down so if another person gets my case they can understand the issue instead of not knowing which only made it worse and worse because I explained the situation again and again and only made my blood pressure get high and stressed out while already sick and one said they would call back but i didn’t receive no such call maybe if they made a note of it they could’ve avoided the situation or at least have given me notice or minimised the trouble and now they fixed the payment issue sure but i have a demerit on their part please try to focus on the clients needs and be sympathetic and understanding please

The staff has always endeavored to help and support me at every stage of my working journey. Have been there at every stage of my Mental health journey from the lows to the high.

I was placed on their books as they are considered a disability support provider and yet they proved many times to have no idea about disabilities. As a person with MS, they would suggest agricultural work on the other side on Pinjarra. As I don't drive due to vision loss caused by MS, they suggested I could either have a friend drive me the 30+Kms daily to the farm work or hitch hike. I had to point out to them time and time again that I had MS. They didn't seem to listen. I was fortunate to have a obtained a full time job that would start a a few weeks into the next month, that I found myself. They would still hound me to take things that were not suitable for my age, abilities and even suggested that I photocopy my CV and walk around the Mandurah CBD giving businesses a copy of it. I mean, what century are they in? Business doesn't work like that now. For a Jobs Provider with a supposed disability support component, they had no idea.

Amp, have gone above and beyond for my customer he has had great support and an excellent work experience due to the assistance from apm

Corey has helped me in so many ways as well as Simon. My life feels like it has turned around because of them. They help and look at your needs to help you find and get the job you need.
