Rapid Smart Phone Repairs

Ordered in the correct new screen for my Oppo phone. Called me to advise when it was available for installation. Did the job in the time I requested (dropped it in at 9.45am picked it up at 1pm) It works perfectly for less than the third of the cost of a new phone :) They didn't laugh at me when I didn't know how to turn off my own screen lock - very patient and helpful. Thank you

I needed assistance for placing a screen protector on my phone as my case didn’t like it.. Took into these guys and they did it with ease and professionalism!!! Super polite! And a wealth of knowledge! Highly recommend.Thank you so much for helping me in need..Sometimes you need to leave it to the the professionals..

Had my screen replaced on my Samsung. Paid $140 ( they originally quoted $100 for my screen to be replaced) for it to start to crack in the middle of the screen. Took it back and told them where it started to crack. They flat out refused to replace my screen saying that I dropped my phone. I have not droped my phone. I have also tried for 3 days to get onto the boss, leaving my number twice for them to call me back and didn't get a call. Very poor service. Would not recommend going to this place.

Tablet repair.I took my tablet to this shop to get a new screen as my old screen was cracked.I paid $140 for them to put a new screen on my tablet and as soon as I got home that day the new screen they had put on my tablet cracked as soon as I touched it and it started lifting off out of the case.The new screen they put on that I payed $140 for was not fitted correctly and that's why it cracked and started lifting off.I went back twice to get them to replace the screen or get a refund and was refused both times as they would not listen to what happened and would not repair the damage. My tablet is worse now then when I took it in to get fixed.I do not recommend this shop for any sort of phone or tablet repairs.The customer service is terrible as they don't listen, what happened to the customer is always right!" and the workmanship is atrocious! I'd expect a new screen to last more than a few hours after being replaced and fixed."

These guys know their stuff! My laptop was a mess, a tech nightmare. Telstra techs could not sort it out and sent me to Rapid Smart Phone Repairs. Pau worked out all the software kinks that had made it previously unusable and saved a considerable amount of money spent for data. My hero! In future if I have a tech problem I'll be going straight to Rapid Repairs and save myself the run around.

Has a samsung screen repaired by them. Screen cracked after 4 days, literally overnight in a case also. Would not uphold their so called warranty. Shrugged off. Then the screen started to bleed after 2 months. Again would not uphold any warranty even though they offer 6 months. Email they gave me so I can put a complaint in writing bounced back and so does the email listed on Facebook. Speaks volumes on their service. Fair trading will be contacted and encourage everyone else this has happened to to do the same.

went to get my iphone XS max screen replaced, good service and did it in 30minutes. however, I paid $230 and the screen i got with it isn't that great, I know its not going to be perfect as it isn't an apple screen its 3rd party, the resolution is great, the responsiveness is OK but the force touch does not work, the screen sticks out an extra what looks like 2mm, without the case, with the case it is not noticeable, the colour compared to the original screen looks a bit dull, its also got bigger bezels on the sides but biggest concern is that range of brightness of the scree is bad.So what i would recommend to this business is doing some researching and experimenting for a better screen.

I have purchased 2 screen protectors for my Samsung 21 Ultra and have had them applied from this company and both times, the screen protectors slide around and fall off. Once after a few weeks and the second time within 24 hours.Not impressed. Not happy.
