Rozelle Picture Framing

While the framing itself was satisfactory, the quote was unclear. Not sure if it was a language issue but the way he quoted didn't take into account that I had multiple frames needing framed. Upon payment of deposit I was surprised at the jump in price from the quote and then once the job was done and I got home he rang to say I needed to pay the other half! So in the end I ended up paying more for half of the job than I would have paid for the whole lot.Very disappointed with the communication as it seemed like a trick to get people to agree to the service.

This place should be everyone's go to framer! Even since moving out of the area I'll always come back here for framing. I now have 4 beautiful framed pieces from Rozelle Picture Framing and with each time the lovely man who helped me was professional, efficient and friendly. The framing is extremely reasonably priced for the quality. He recently did such a fantastic job framing a silk scarf for me in a time sensitive manner before Christmas.

Wow. Maybe these guys do good work - that's what I've heard. I'll never have the opportunity to find out.So I walk into the shop Saturday morning, no one else there. Try to engage the gentleman working there with what I'm after, which is pretty straightforward:A straight print of a 35mm format shot, 60 x40cmA pillar box print, 60cm wideTo be framed. (We never got to the point of discussing how!)Said gent wasn't familiar with the term pillar box. Truly. Someone else walks in; assistant loses interest and exclaims write it down!".Mate

Tony's service is first class. We took a tapestry and a canvas painting to be framed. He gave us good advice on frames, surrounds/borders, colours and the overall setup of both items. His service was really quick and a top job. We would highly recommend him.

Very rude and disorganised, I don't recommend it.

Late completion, poor end result and poor customer service.No notification upon completion despite having promised a call. Had to follow up after 2.5 weeks to find out it was ready for collection.End product received with 3 slight dents on the frame. The laminated product came back with 5 additional fold marks.No apology or compensation from the owner, only excuses.Would not recommend.

Excellent framing, great advice and really reasonable prices. Tony's customer service is outstanding. Look forward to using him for another exhibition.

Incredible job done on an A0 sized print. The frame is flawless. Highly recommend !

So I went in with a very special and unique request, I wanted a signed signed shirt and magazine in the exact same frame, both on display. I called almost every framing shop in Sydney and the average price for what I wanted was $400-700 because of the multi layering cardboard as well as the materials and service. I was almost out of luck before I phoned Rozelle Picture Framing. By far the most affordable I heard option @$280, I was almost ready to give up. The gentleman at the counter was very kind and funny yet knew exactly what I wanted. It was ready in a timely fashion and it turned out amazing. I couldn't recommend Rozelles Picture Framing more. I'm happy to travel out of the Western Sydney area to get the service and price again.
