Recently went in to purchase laptops,ipads and computers for my business, after a few bad experiences from other retailers it was great to walk in and have someone that genuinely cared and wanted to help.Friendly, honest and a massive help I can't thank Toby enough, he went out of his way to make sure everything was answered even made a follow up call to see how it was all going.Thanks Toby

Be warned, placing an online click and collect order with this store DOES NOT GUARANTEE COLLECTION AT THIS STORE. Be prepared to go elsewhere at the whim of the store. Of course they wont tell you till AFTER you process your order.*** ONE MONTH LATER *** Yes it took a month for the Customer First Team" to reply which gives you a perfect idea of how important these things are to them. So important in fact that they will look into my claim only if I again do things their way and fill in an online form

Will not order a pickup from Kotara store again. Paid in full for order. Order was rejected/cancelled with no explanation. Now I have to wait days for them to return my money.

Robbo gave us great service and advice, went to get a heated blanket and got more than expected for a lower price, got a weighted heated blanket and was 75% off $199 down $49.99 great place to shop

I have never review anything but so disappointed at this time. I ordered a Samsung fold 3 camel leather case pick up at the Harvey Norman store Kotara. They brought out a box that already opened. Look like someone bought it then return it to the store and they give it to me. They told me to get a black color instead of the camel color because the camel is the only one left in store. I checked the availability on the website and it is still available at the Kotara store. I ordered the color that I like, not to exchange to the color that I don't like. How shame to give to customer the box that already opened. Small thing bit so disappointed.

Wanted to increase the size of my main hard drive in my laptop ( purchased elsewhere). Andrew, the franchise owner, mentioned his staff provided tech support for all matter of issues.The tech person Jessie was fantastic; professional; competent; no hard sell; and listened to me! How great was that!!! Would certainly return for resolution of any other tech issues and future purchases.

If you need any appliances,talk to Donna, she is awesome, honest and great person to talk with. Buy a Miele vacuum, no other compares to the quality.. that's my opinion... But Donna is awesome...

Been here multiple times, first was for a google Pixel 6 pro that they managed to get on a mad special & get their hands on virtually non existent stock. Second time was a flagship Samsung for a mate that again had around $1000+ off but the customer service was still excellent (both times Toby was really good). Rang today to ask about computers and advice from Brad was on point, anytime I go anywhere else to even enquire about phones/PC's I wonder why I don't just stick to Harvey Norman, Bing Lee & Good guys could learn a lot from the customer service shown here.
