Rhys is now my go-to for all jewellery related things and has so far done work for me on three separate occasions. He is approachable and friendly, prompt, trustworthy, and honest. Rhys is a man of his word - recently a job he quoted ended up being far more involved than he first estimated, but he honoured his original quoted figure. He does excellent work and has trustworthy industry contacts for anything he can't provide himself. And to top it all off, if you book an appointment to visit his home studio, you get to sit with a picturesque country and mountain view, and two delightful Whippets to be your personal greeters and cuddlers. I highly recommend Rhys and LDJ.

Rhys went above and beyond to help my visitor out of a painful predicament. She had an extremely swollen finger and needed her ring cut off immediately and Rhys was the man for the job - expert service with a super friendly manner.

I’ve had a couple of rings re-modelled by Rhys and extremely happy with the new rings. He skilfully remodelled rings with sentimental value into our visions for something that was both beautiful and within budget. Also very happy with speed at which he sourced stones to compliment what we already had.
