Entered this store just a few days before Christmas. Asked me why I'm not wearing a mask and seemed their only focus and nothing else, told them I have a medical exemption, they demanded to see my private medical exemption which I refused to do so, I will not show this to anyone except police. very rude, it seems that being a human doesn't matter and possible mental health issues and private medical matters don't matter to people anymore. Left the store

The staff were amazing and helped us even tho they were busy. We were here escaping from Melb to visit our granddaughter and only had a couple of days left when our radiator packed it in. They had us back on the road ASAP. Greatly appreciated

I very, very rarely give a five star rating for anything, but in the case of NATRAD Fyshwick fully warranted. I have been getting my car serviced there for the last nine years and each time, Trent, VIctoria and the rest of the team have displayed a professional, friendly and most importantly an honest approach to their customers. If the part doesn't need replacing it won't be. They are completely customer focussed.I doubt, no I know that I won't find a team as exceptional as this in my move to the North Coast. Very professional staff. The work was carried out as required and the cost ended up less than the quoted amount. The staff clearly explained the warranty for the radiator and the annual inspection service. Also arranged complimentary transport to work for me, very happy.

Had a really good experience with these guys recently. Coolant leak. They had a look and recommended I take it to the dealer (VW) and ask for sympathy, as the warranty was recently expired. Did it for free. Big fan of that kind of integrity.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Helped me out of a jamb on my way to see my daughter for Christmas. Nothing was too much trouble and the car ran like a dream when we headed out the next morning. Thanks Sarah, Victoria and team.
