Originally built by RIGA BAKERY which moved from Condell Park. After the Buttercup Bakery adjacent to The El Toro Hotel at Warwick Farm was destroyed by fire, Goodman Fielder, mfrs of Buttercup & Helgas Breads, acquired the new state of the art Riga Bakery in order to maintain operation, as Buttercup, now known as Helgas, was the main rival to Tip Top, mfrs of Sunblessed & Burgen Breads & Golden Crumpets & Pikelets, a division of Westons Baked Foods.

Supervisors caught covid and thought it was a good idea to come into work with symptoms thus spreading covid-19 to most employees not to mention not cleaning the work site after covid was in the facility and this happened on multiple accounts, its says alot about the lack of welfare on the poor people.
