Explorers Early Learning Armadale

The early learning centre did not want to acknowledge behavioral issues in some of the groups creating unsafe spaces, with little supervision at times and arguments similar to 'boys will be boys, some kids play more rough'. After providing a number of examples over a period and wanting to take our child out for the obvious reason, they still persisted in charging notice/exit fees.Beware, the EEL centres are obviously more geared towards executing a business model, rather than providing a nurturing, safe-space for all children.

My child recently started at Explorers Early Learning and I could not be happier with the service provided. The staff are so friendly and caring. The centre provides a fun, highly social, and language-rich environment for my son, and I feel confident that they are receiving the highest quality of care. My son feels so excited about going each day. I cannot speak highly enough of this centre!

Explorers Armadale is excellent! The staff are all very professional and caring towards the children. The place is always spotless and the children engage in a wide range of activities. We are very happy with the childcare centre!

Absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional and unconscionable conduct from the leadership team at the Armadale explorers center. Definitely do not recommend this center, especially given emails and calls are regularly ignored and requests disregarded around invoicing. Honestly, shocking.Nothing bad to say about the educators who are beautiful, educated and caring people. It’s a shame they are associated with such a unprofessional center.

I love this centre. We’ve been attending since January 2020. They were amazing through all the lockdowns and maintained a really nice connection with the kids even when we couldn’t attend, which made it a lot easier on the kids when they eventually returned. That extra effort was above and beyond. I particularly love their commitment to respectfully integrating Aboriginal culture into every part of the curriculum. The whole ethos there is really lovely. The recycling area, their love of nature and the outdoors, the play spaces and opshopped furniture, it’s all wonderful. I also like that the centre isn’t too big. The educators and directors know all the families by name, even when you only attend once a week. The educators are delightful, and the staff turnover is quite low, which means that the kids really get to bond with their educators and feel safe and familiar at drop off.

Our child recently started at this centre and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Little one quickly settled in and every day we pick up a happy child. The staff are caring and friendly, the meals are healthy and there is very little screen time involved in group activities.

My daughter has been attending explorers for the last two years, she absolutely loves it and has formed many close bonds with educators and other children.I love their focus on sustainability and outdoor play. They are also very accommodating for dietary requirements which is much appreciated.I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else.

The first time I enrolled my son in Explorer’s I was quite nervous, since we didn’t have a good experience with another childcare, but if I’m being truely honest I will say that it is the best childcare there could possibly be.When we first walked through Explorer’s doors we were welcomed by the big smiles on Liz and Laura’s faces. They made my son feel much calmer by patiently talking to him and making sure they knew just how he felt.All the Explorer’s teachers dedicate their time and patience for the children, and we thank them for that.Explorers is such a welcoming community filled with generous and supportive staff, and highly recommend it!

A sensational centre with lots of outdoor space and remarkable educational program and activities. My daughter has attended Explorers Early Learning Armadale for over 2 years now and formed close bonds with the educators and children, in particular i would like to commend Explorers director Laura for doing such an excellent job at the centre, she toured me and my partner through the centre and was extremely friendly, approachable and informative. Thankyou!
