Recently had my powerbox to my house burnt out and was left without power. I was so lost with such a difficult process of having to speak with the power company. I got a hold of QEC and spoke with Nathan whom made such a headache become such a breeze!He went above and beyond to get everything organised for me. I was absolutely blown away with his work ethic and how it was handled. Power was back on before we knew it and dealing with a tradesman had never been so easy and stress free!Since then we’ve had Nathan come to our home and install downlights, powerpoints, switches and also mount our tv. Nothing is a hassle for QEC and everything is done with a smile. Nathan responded promptly to my request to replace a faulty Smoke detector. He called me within minutes of my request to arrange a time and replaced the unit professionally with excellent workmanship. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering electrical work.

He answered my calls/texts quickly and explained everything really clearly - including what I could do to stop the noise of faulty smoke alarms before he arrived to fix them. Nathan gave me an honest and comprehensive quote, and he saved me a lot of money by telling me about a brand that was just as good as a more expensive brand of smoke alarms. Not only this, when he did this job, he cleaned a part of my painted wall where a previous tradie had left dirty marks near the ceiling!
