I cannot commend how much assistance I got from Alice and the staff dealing with such an emotional issue with my brothers Estate.Alice was so amazing, heartfelt and made such an awful time so much easier.Every time I rang to speak to her, the staff and PA’s were so professional.I would not go elsewhere in future if I needed assistance.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

WW&W and Will Justo have gone above and beyond in representing us in a complex house purchase. I took my time to do some research and came across Will's name as being one of the best in the business. I am truly relieved that we came across Will and the team at WW&W as they were incredibly competent and easy to deal with, as well as giving complete confidence knowing they were representing us. This place has gone down hill ,! Not sure what has happened?Very unprofessional here now ! Not interested in the little one,s anymore !Unless you have a lot of money ,do not use them !, they make you pay up front ,!,At least $ 1,000.00 , $ 1,500.00 befor they will even do any thing !,That is just to look at the case you want them to look at !, then it is even more !,They might just take it on ,if you can prove you can pay for it !,I found that every time I ask about a case , Not Taking On any more !,Even though I had used them in the past !This company is a disaster, keep clear of them,!Unless you are desperate and have a lot of money ,they will eat you alive !,You might not even win and you have to pay even more ?,,Even if you do win you still have to pay a lot of money to them ,?,Avoid if possible

I called today 21/01/2021 at 12:45pm and a male answered the phone, I guess was the receptionist I asked him a couple of questions he was unable to to answered to me, I asked for someone who knows he say is no one here, he started to asking my name and details but still no answered and the end he hang up and let me talking with myself over the phone, I tried to call back to get his name to report him but he never answered to me and I really needed an appointment with a lawyer now because of him I feel obligated to call another lawyer. People with no enough information or customer services shouldn’t be responsible to pick the phone.

I agree with previous review, this firm are out for every cent not the interest of the client. I called to make an appointment today and because an account had been paid late 2012/13 this firm refused to make me an appointment. Good there are other firms in Hobart I can pay up front now that I am financial.

From the outset my experience at WW&W has been amazing...they were able to help me on two occasions with business issues. Then just recently helped me with my Will and also negotiating a work contract for a good friend. All work has been handled quickly and efficiently and charged at fair price for great service! Highly recommend!
