Staff are really lovely was going to go ahead with job until I came across similar products for half the price at Carpet & Matress Junction at Margate.Just do your homework as pricing varies greatly store to store for same or similar products.

I had most unpleasant experience with Choices Hobart.I booked the installation dates for 9th and 10th Aug. But closing to the date, the sales told me it wasn’t 9th and 10th, it had to be 16th and 17th. The house is used as Airbnb. I had blocked those dates for 2 months already. I also got all the messages confirmed for 9th and 10th. But the sales said it is misunderstanding. But all those messages are not oral, but written down messages which can not be misunderstanding. But at last, the work still had to be starting from 16th.For the work, the sales gave me the quote for 2 days, but it could be third daytime also at maximum. So I blocked 2 days. For the third day, I booked out and told the guests to check in at 5pm. But on the day, when I checked the work at 3pm, they did not even finish half the work. This is the first loss of my booking.But the story is still not finished. For the Wednesday booking, I lost only about $200 because I do find one replacement place for the guests. Because of the inconvenience caused, I gave the guests $200 discount. But on Friday, my madness is going even further. They still did not finish on Friday. The stairs can not be used at all. But I do have big group of the guests for Friday and Saturday. The booking is over $1000 and I can not find the replacement place for the guests.For all my loss because of their management problems, Choices only give me $100 discount. But I loss more than $1000. I am so disappointed with all their management problems and all the excuses.

They were great many years ago, but my experience with Choices was terrible recently. For almost a year and many phone calls, I still can't manage to get a quote and book in for a carpet installation. Even after a couple phone calls and expressed my frustration, I still haven't received any update and are been told to wait for a call back.
