Used this company for bond cleaning as recommended by the real estate agent, initially I thought they had done a good job, but later i was told that the cleaner left rubbish at the property and one window slat was missing (see in the attached photo). I called and emailed them several times but didn't receive any response and ultimately I had to remove those rubish and replace the window slat. Will never use this company again....

This is a great business with friendly staff that’s delivers. We have used this company for maintenance on our properties. We have always been able to have matters dealt with on a time basis at a great price. I highly recommend using this business.

We had GreenMan install and paint a new front door.We had to source the front door $1000.00 (Bunnings special order) and all the new stainless still hinges and the paint ourselves, then GreenMan proceeded to 'install' the door. The result is extrememly poor - the door is not 'flush' and sits about 5mm out from the wall on one side. The paint job was atrocious - runs in the paint - which was 'slapped all over the stailess stell hinges and hardware. We were forced to remove the door and sand it back an start again. He didn't even renove the door bell before painting the frame - just painted around it.

We used GreenMan property services for a general yard tidy up on our rental and were extremely happy with their service. They turned up when they said they would, were very friendly on the phone and accommodated our requests with professionalism. Thanks GreenMan we will definitely be using you again.

Highly recommend Simon and his team, they are by far the best in town. Wouldn’t use anyone else. They are flexible for extra mowing when needed too. Good family run, local business too. Thank you for looking after our lawn so well.

GreenMan Property Services were engaged by us to undertake cleaning to a 'long time vacant' property we had in our care. The cleaning job was momentous to say the least!
