Very helpful and great range of products. They made up a couple of hoses for me while I waited and I bought a few fittings.

Mark and his team offer a great service as well as a large range of performance products on the shelf at all times. It's so great to see an independent business strive towards delivering reliable and quality products for us enthusiasts

Easily the worst experience I've had or witnessed with a Mechanic before. I took my car there with a lifter tick.... They had it for a month and charged me over $5000 to repair. When I finally got it back the car overheated roughly 10 minutes after collecting and paying. Was returned with a flat tyre and they failed to regass my airconditioning after removing it to complete work. It had multiple oil leaks only 3 days after collecting and they had multiple opportunities to correct the issues. They left the vehicle outside in the car park and tried wiping Thier hands of it. The owner Mark wouldn't even take my calls instead getting his offsider to speak to me. They gave it back to me not running and took no responsibility for the outcome. I made a reasonable request to have 50% of the invoice refunded and they have not even replied to the past 3 emails. It will now need to be decided in Court unfortunately.

I am travelling in a big heavy campervan and had difficulty finding anyone with equipment to service it. Lost had the equipment, were super helpful in fitting in with my timing needs, found things that no one else had that needed attention before heading off for the Nullarbor and bent over backwards to make my experience with them superb. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation to anyone. Thanks guys! I was so happy with your friendly, accommodating service. You’re the best!

One of the best performance shops in Australia, I live on the eastern coast but buy my parts from West, because Mark and Lesley go out of their way to satisfy me, Lost Racing Products is very highly recommended, with a doubt.

Brilliant service, really took an interest in helping solve a complication on a part I had purchased elsewhere. Was very impressed with the service level I received, AND I saved money and got a better product than what I was trying to work with. My only regret was I didn't come here sooner!

The worst customer experance i have ever had, i spent $1600 with this company and asked when i purchased goods if i could refund what i had not used the lady informed me this would be okay.when i wanted to return the goods $400 plus gst well here we go handling charge of 15% and some goods could not be refunded, then this guy comes out and abuses me verbally totally unprofessional and i would not recomend using this company ( avoid at all costs use the company in Sydney they treat you better )
