What great service, after 3 days trying to get a qualified tradesman to call out to fix a water heater, phoned up these guys, told what the problem was and he told me how I could fix it myself over the phone. He got it bang on!! Well done Beach to Basin plumbing

I will never use this business again.We got them out to fix a shower pressure issue. They had a look and then removed the water saver from the shower (they charged $165 for approx 10 mins). That afternoon started a constant drip. We tried to call 4 times leaving voice messages to return calls (yes this was during the Christmas period). We finally got through 2 weeks later to get someone to fix the constant drip. Ending up charging $195 for an issue that started after the first issue was completed". Tried to call to discuss this invoice
