Absolutely disgusted with the price I paid today. I went in to get infills and my feet done. I usually pay around $70 and as I left they charged me $125 dollars. When I asked why it was that price they said that for French tip it’s an extra $25 on top of my nails which no one once told me while I was getting them done. I feel I was rushed and waited a long time to even get my toes done. I have never in my life paid that amount of money and feel I have been ripped off. Never will I go back there again.

First time going we went on Friday before Xmas. Very busy and girls rushing. My acrylic nails are now 3 days old and they look like I got then done 3 weeks ago. Nails weren't sized correctly i can see my own nails on the sides plus they aren't shaped properly and acrylic very thick. Won't be going back now have to pay to get them fixed.

Team rushed to get us done so our nails weren't done well at all... The edges were sharp & more rough than before plus there's lumps in the polish. Wouldn't recommend of you want a good job!

2nd time coming here, always very busy but this time I felt I was rushed out the door. Shellac was bubbly and like a toddler had applied. The lady taking my money noticed and tried to fix one nail with a file but realised it wasn't going to work and stopped. Will be finding a new nail salon.

not the most friendly, but very quick in and out, pretty happy with my nails even though they weren't perfect. will be coming back on work breaks, as the price was very reasonable and the staff worked quickly even with a store full of customers.

Have been going here for almost 2 years but after the last two times I won't be back. Last time I got infills the lady wasn't paying attention and cut my finger with the drill. She was making mistakes while painting a red French tip and using her finger to wipe it off my nail. By the time she was done, I had red polish all over my hand and in the cut she had made. And the most recent time I had waited 30+ mins and was finally seated and had chosen a colour when they asked me to give my seat to someone else and keep waiting. Safe to say that's the last time I give Pearl Nails a chance.

Got myself a treat before a special occasion. The nails are stunning! Beautifully shaped and glossy. The ladies at the salon were nice & friendly. Will definitely come back.
