I attended the 1-day Principles and Process of Development. An extremely comprehensive course, filled with on-the-ground examples. Delivered by Ron Forlee, an architect and experienced developer, he opens the door to a wealth of knowledge that covers all aspects of property development.Ron facilitates a dynamic and interactive class atmosphere that favours individuals who are driven to advance their knowledge and expertise around property development. Highly recommended.

Attended the Property Development Principles & Processes and was blown away by Ron and his team. The quality of information was outstanding - covering all the fundamentals of development. The informal classroom learning allowed for extensive questions and discussion on development. Ron is clearly an expert on the course matter and is out there implementing on real projects. Would highly recommend to those starting out in the industry. Thanks Ron!
