Vinden Wines

After tasting numerous vintages from Vinden, the wines have consistently tasted great and there is a vast array of varietals to choose from! A strong admiration too for their take on progressive wine making while staying genuine and unpretentious.

I recently visited Vinden Wines in the Hunter Valley and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The views and scenery were breathtaking.The staff (Angus and Keli) were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that the wine tasting experience was enjoyable and informative. I was impressed by the quality of the wines – some of the best I've had in a while, especially their Tempranillos and Chenin (which I think won some awards)The combination of exceptional wines, stunning views, and attentive staff made my visit to Vinden Wines unforgettable. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in the Hunter Valley and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great wine tasting experience with stunning surroundings.

By far one of the best wineries in the region. Super nice accommodating staff, beautiful picturesque scenery (insta worthy) and the wines were incredible. The experimental wines were so different to what we've tasted before, and were actually our favourite so far on the wine tasting trip. Very arty and original. Can't wait to come back

Came here the other day for a tasting, the venue was absolutely amazing and such a good vibe. The team were so relaxed and welcoming but also so knowledgeable, and the wines were delicious. A must-visit in the Hunter for sure!

Having been mightily impressed with the Vinden Rose that we had at a local restaurant, we decided to swing by the the cellar door for a last minute tasting before heading home. We were so glad we did! The winery is in a beautiful setting - and Kelly provided a friendly and personalised experience. It was great to try some new varieties and we loved some of the more unusual whites for the region, like the Fiano and the Chenin-Blanc. In the end we opted for a case a-piece of the Rose and the Somerset Shiraz. Hoping to keep our hands off the latter and cellar for a while…. If we can resist, that is!!

Always love Vinden. Their vibes are immaculate and their wines even better!! Always go in for a tasting and end up leaving with more than just the tasting!!

Visited this winery based on the great reviews. We had the honour of having our tasting done by the brilliant wine maker Angus himself! A wonderful welcoming and special experience. Angus shared so much knowledge with us and spent time storytelling about his wine making process. A truly special wine tasting experience with serene views. Certainly worth a drop in the next time you’re in the Hunter.
