I’m very impressed with our town fencing WallsendI had some issues with my pool gate and fencing and Adam was a great help and adviced me the best way to fix it.I had my order delivered and another Adam showed me how to put the fence extension together.I would highly recommend Our Town Fencing to any one it was a very pleasant experience and would definitely use them again.Thanks guysKathy

Great service and price. I told the guys what my project was and they sorted out everything I needed for it. Adam who was out the back was friendly and very knowledgeable. He even wrapped my products so they wouldn’t get scratched. I didn’t expect such great customer service at 4pm on a Friday afternoon.

Front desk was great however waited about 30 minutes out the back for someone to give my pick slip too. One guy was buzzing around on a forklift not serving anyone leaving one bloke serving a build up of people. Poorly managed and an absolute joke!

Went to Our Town Fencing on Lake road after not being able to find any other fencing businesses with all the products on hand that we needed - Adam on the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly - his customer service was much better then what we have had at other businesses and would recommend them for anyone needing fencing materials etc pricing was very competitive as well

So far, Ive put 2 online enquiries in, and called 3 times regarding a quote. Admittedly, they pass this info onto the subcontractors, but it's been over 2 weeks, and no one has tried to call. I've requested a call specifically whilst waiting on the phone, was told they would try to send it to some other contacts, but nothing. Almost inclined to go somewhere else that's willing to be prompt with service. That being said, when I was talking to them, they did seem nice, and did apologise. But still.
