Brett and his team are amazing. From the first enquiry right through to cleaning days communication was open and responsive and every aspect was taken care of and attention to detail was spot on. I had my unit deep cleaned after some lazy neglect, carpets and furniture cleaned and it was to the highest standard with no detail missed, everything looks just like the day I moved in. Brett then came and quoted on cleaning our offices and they did an even better job. We are now getting regular cleans on both my place and the offices and we couldn't ask for a better team! We have been using Brett's Cleaning Solutions for a year now and on a regular basis. By the time they leave, our home is left feeling fresh and clean. We also used them for a bond clean at our last address. They did a great job. We got our bond back with little effort from us. Brett and the team are friendly and easy to get along with. Brett has been a member at Jetts Woolloongabba since the gym started almost 8 years ago. Since I took over as Manager 2 years ago Brett has helped me keep on top of my cleaning and using his skills and experience to help me with fresh eyes and target areas of the gym i would never think of. I actually look forward to our monthly cleans as he's always so enthusiastic about his job. Brett has also made so many contacts with other members who now employ him to clean their houses. Its great to see how far he's come. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

These guys are the best! I got recommended Brett from a friend and I could not be happier with the service provided. Firstly Brett called me up and discussed all the options with the clean and offered a reasonable price. My schedule was all over the shop but he managed to respond to any queries I had regarding my bond clean.I went with his team and they showed up and cleaned the house to a point cleaner than I have ever seen it. Brett even contacted my landlord to let them know who would be taking care of the clean and alleviate any fears they had with any potential harsh cleaners being used.Just got an update that my bond is being refunded without any issues with the property and I attribute this back directly back to Brett's cleaning. Be very wary to use Brett! He came out of the blocks well and completed our bond clean and carpet cleaning promptly after booking him. I was surprised he wanted full payment days in advance of him doing the work. Other professionals (dentist, mechanic etc) get paid after they’ve completed their work. At our bond inspection, there were 11 items listed to be re-cleaned or were missed altogether (hair in carpet, drawers in kitchen and other high traffic walls not clean to name a few things). He came back promptly again saying “my work is guaranteed” so I was confident of a quick close out… Not so, 7 items were still not attended to. I emailed Brett with the list and photos and when we spoke he said “the job is closed, we’re not coming back”. I was livid and asked for a partial refund as I needed to get another bond cleaner. When the going got tough in our conversation, he just hung up! What a cop out. So much for his professionalism and his work being ‘guaranteed’. Won’t be using him again and recommend others avoid the same agony we suffered.PS. Come back to me Brett if you want to resolve this amicably and be professional and stand by your ‘guarantee’ of workmanship.

Contracted Brett Cleaning Solutions to professionally steam clean the carpet of a unit. Unfortunately, the cleaning was done with a Britex machine (same that can be hired from Bunnings) and delivered a very poor cleaning. Property manager checked the job and request it to be redone, but when I contacted them, they offer only 2 days guarantee. Beware, most cleaning companies offer 7 days.
