Telstra Elizabeth

Absolutly discraceful service..there worker took a copy of my i.d on his phone i left store to have telstra say i didnt go in there and theres no proof my i.d was taken...so they have a scammer working for them...its the Elizabeth store in adelaide..highly advise not to go there

After sales service disgraceful. Have been overcharged on account for 3 months. Called 5 times and they say they will call back and never happens. Never purchasing from them again.27th April 2021Well it's now been 3 more calls saying the manager will call back and I've been in store also. Still being overcharged each month. Really getting annoyed now. About to report to Ombudsman. Never again will I deal with this store.

I went to this store as my Samsung phone that I purchased here was frozen after the latest update as with thousands of other peoples Samsung phones only to be told it needs to have a factory reset and the phone stores at Elizabeth can't do it and your phone is out of warranty so you are better off purchasing a new phone from them. I since found out that Samsung will repair it for free while you wait if you take it to their repairer in the city. I nearly wasted hundreds of dollars on a new phone that I didn't need because of the wrong advice I got at this store.Edit:Christine@HQ I need your staff at Telstra stores to offer a service and not just think about making commissions.

Telstra the wrose company ever it shouldn't never be privatised in the first place. I wish there staff improve on there customer service skills it is terrible and I'll be glade when my contract finishes July this year and I can delinqsh my account as I don't want nothing more with them!!!!

Been sitting on the store for 30min for a replacement SIM. 3 staff doing nothing and can’t help me. Still waiting. This model of greeting customers and leaving them to sit while other staff stand around only works if you can serve them in a timely manner. Shocking service. Ps still waiting....

Brought an iPhone 13 pro max outright with small memory size. Would like to change to a bigger memory size the day after the purchase and was told I could not return even though the iPhone was not touched or set up. I was told I have to buy new one. Very disappointed. Not sure it is a rule of the Telstra or in general, the smart phone is not returnable.
