The team at SPGM responded to my call and were at my place within the hour. They helped process my insurance claim with a small upfront fee which was recovered in full plus anyway. Thanks guys, would recommend.

SPGM and their team did a fantastic job finding and fixing a leak which caused damage to our whole bathroom. If it wasn’t for SPGM we would not have been covered!! Would highly recommend their services. They were very professional and made the whole process seamless for us.

Jonny was great. He was prompt and was at our apartment within 2 hours of calling him up. Fixed our problem and even fixed some other problems he identified with our gas cooktop at the same time. Also provided some quality advice on safety.

My finance hired this company for a plumbing job and found it a horrible and costly experience. She ended up getting another plumber to finish the job. In the process of finding another plumber she obtained several quotes where she discovered she was over charged $ 8,500 for what they did. Highly recommend getting additional quotes you will save a lot of money. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

My insinkerator blocked up and stopped working and there was some water in the kitchen cupboard. Johnny from SPGM attended within a couple of hours. He determined a hose had leaked and the water shorted out the insinkerator. He completed a make-safe and purchased a replacement insinkerator. He then arranged for the necessary paperwork to lodge an insurance claim for us. The insurance claim was a bonus I did not expect. They are a very reliable company and I would recommend them highly.

I had a emergency Job then came out within the hour and fixed the burst pipe immediately. They truly went above and beyond! I ended up using SPGM to remodel my bathroom and kitchen and have been so happy with ever aspect of their work. Highly recommend !
