Asking for quotes on set items eg motherboard cpu ram and graphics card power supply as i love my case i have. quote i recieved was a full build and not what i asked for at all quote was total add up not itemised not impressed at all been back and forth email after email for the last 2 months just save your time go else where lasar cant do the most simple of things.

They told me my part would be alot more expensive due to coronavirus. Needed asap or would have bought online or gone nto Rockingham for alot cheaper. Person serving was also rude and disinterested. If you want value for money and friendly service I suggest you go elsewhere

After a new printer malfunction the staff at Lasar excelled in getting a fix in record time. In particular Sarah was especially helpful demonstrating brilliant customer care and ensuring a resolution to the problem. Thank you to Sarah. Very helpful and friendly service. Also very reasonably priced. I bought some second hand ram to upgrade two computers after the technician found out what the problem was with the ram I had already bought from elsewhere. They did not charge the earth, in fact I was pleasantly surprised.

Had a gaming pc built here, the staff are informative and helpful. Very considerate of my budget and needs. In fact they tried hard to reduce the price of my pc when i was pushing for more expensive parts. Very fast build time, a few small issues that they fixed without charge, i expect to spend a lot of money here in the future.
