Terrible customer service! Everything was fine until they sent me a set of headphones that I was told had a 3m cable but when it arrived it had a 1.5m cable. First I rang on the Friday, the man I needed to speak to was unvailable so I explained to Julie that I was happy to send back but was wondering if they could cover the cost, as it wouldn't come out of my employers pocket but instead out of mine. She said that he would call back later that day as he was off site. That was fine, but he didn't call back. So I called back Monday morning and I was told I could send it back for a refund. So I tried to explain that I work at home for my employer and therefore I would be the one out of pocket for postage, not them. The man on the phone actually laughed in my face! I got really mad that he laughed at me, and then he was talking over me and I said excuse me I am speaking. He then told me that I could burn them and send him a photo". I then proceeded to tell him that his customer service was terrible and that given that I was sent an incorrect product I do not understand why I should be out of pocket for return postage when we had paid $18 postage to have it sent to us in the first place. I have been a customer of Raltone Dictating World for probably 20 years or more. Gert Ryle and his colleagues have been wonderfully helpful to me in my medical transcription business. They also have helped a lot of my professional medical clients and their services have always been timely, excellent and often completed with great kindness and generosity above and beyond, with all manner of help and advice when I found myself in very difficult situations with the technology! Gert Ryle is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise and in my experience has always made himself instantly available when I needed help. My business would not have survived without their help over many years, and I will be forever grateful to them.

I have just had a prolonged remote session with Gert at Raltone who has helped me set up a program to enable me to do my dictation in an efficient way whilst working remotely from home. I could not be happier with the support and patience from Gert. He went out of his way to get me up and running, something I certainly would not have been able to have done on my own.
