MCAS Superstore Penrith

Great. Never had any problems with them, everything i ever needed. Great grandiouse wharehouse size, all stock & stuff neatly and well sorted for easy gazing upon same.

Great place and good people. I had been looking to buy a leather jacket and was in and out a couple of times just trying to decide and the sales staff was very cordial and helpful every time. Eventually when I did decide on what I wanted I found it on a higher discount than these guys at a store in Melbourne who were willing to ship it at no cost. Came back to these guys and requested a price match which they happily agreed to after confirming the product and sizing was what they had. Had a similar experience when I went in to buy a helmet last year with a different sales person. Overall I interacted with 4 different people over the 2 purchases and found the them all to be very helpful and courteous. They have a wide range of choices across all brands too. Would definitely recommend giving these guys a go if you are in the market for any motorbike gear!!

Service is extremely lacking. Waited for ages at the parts counter asked for help. Staff member thought it was more important to look at a computer screen. 2nd time I’ve had service like this at this store. Other time could not get assistance with clothing, staff found it more important to socialise with each other. Ended making my purchases from AMX.

Horrible customer service, poor training.Staff have bad attitudes, talking back, serious lack of knowledge and prefering to talk about personal life then serving customers.Overall it's a horrible store, and looks to be 20 years out of date.

Store is fairly well stocked, staff are friendly but always busy, not their fault they seem under staffed. Store is clean and well presented.

Been our go to store for bike accessories since it opened - staff always friendly. As a lady rider seat height always been a problem so I decided to look at the Benelli Leoncino 800. Visited MCA Penrith store to check the bike out & was immediately met by Tim who introduced himself & spoke to the highlights of a BL800. Booked in a test ride for the next day. Tim talked me through the bike in detail & came out with me on the ride, we stopped along the way for a checkin chat. Back in the office it was a fairly simple process to buy the bike. Tim kept in regular contact with me whilst waiting for the bike. I picked it up today & it was an easy handover process. Once again Tim took me through all the details of the bike & then I was off to do a few hours on the bike. Changing from a CB500X is way different but I’ve felt very supported throughout the process & given great advice from Tim. Thanks for a positive customer experience Tim, it’s much appreciated.

Fantastic store. Incredibly friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. In my experience Riley was excellent, explaining everything I needed to know in regards to whatever I asked about in great detail. They have a wide range of products and accessories for everything motorcycle related. This will be the only place I shop for anything riding related from now on.

100% recommend... Have just purchased my 3rd bike, 2 of which were transported by the guys at Penrith from interstate! Finance start to finish took only 3hrs!!!! See you guys for my next bike :)

Sold us a 2021 bike that wasn't road legal and had only issues with the bike.Been back to the shop multiple times and still doesn't run properly.Took it in for the bike not running properly 155 dollars later still has the same issue. My local mechanic found the issue was a spark plug lead wasn't connected to the coil correctly.Stay clear from this company
