Usually good but annoyed at the moment as comes advertised products at reduced prices but never has any in stock… very annoying it seems like it’s just a ploy to get people to shop there.

Can you please collect your trolleys they are spread all over your carpark! It would be nice to be able to drive straight onto a parking bay without two or three trolleys in the way. Monday, 1 st March @ 8.55am I walk into Coles and hardly any trolleys in the store on a Monday!! Please bring back the contractors as whoever is rostering is not doing a great job. It’s also a safety concern in the carpark.

We always go to this Coles, always has good produce and good staff that are helpful, the only thing I can complain about is they are transitioning to the self serve registers more and more, so therefore less checkout staff on the registers and can get a bit of a line up. I know people might be saying that I'm old fashioned"

We go to this Coles every Saturday to do our weekly groceries. I love the store, and the girls on checkout are always sociable and helpful, but, my complaint is with the people doing the online shopping orders, majority of these people are rude and pushy, they hold you up, they won't move out of your way, they make you wait for them and don't offer any kind of apology for the inconvenience. I am getting tired of their attitude and today this one lady thought it was her right to hold people up that were trying to get around her and I told her how rude she was. I'm sorry Coles, but you need to get these people to do orders earlier in the morning or teach these people some manners

3 consecutive weeks Dianne (older Asian lady) has served me - only register open.Can you please teach her how to pack groceries and to see when one order ends and the next starts. To busy watching everything around her and not concentrating on the job at hand.I can put up with her slowness if she packed properly but wow, definitely needs some training.

Not to busy and nicely laid out store good range of products the staff are always friendly and shelves are normally well stocked with all the general items you may need and always have a good stock of the weekly aldi like items

Limited range of products (similar to woolies), prices sometimes higher, sometimes lower than woolies. The ONE thing it does have better than woolies though is a higher quality of meat. Bakery is generally more expensive.

Unhappy with the way I spoken too by a worker. I asked nicely about two chocolate blocks that were coming up as normal price instead of the 2 for 8$ deal, she went to go check and said that it was just for, forest, milk and hazelnut chocolate. Now I usually would have just said that that was my fault and would shrug it off. But I have a very great memory and remember distinctively there being a a yellow deal sticker underneath the snack chocolate blocks. So I said to her that oh sorry about that

This store has a horrible chill section it is an absolute mess. I purchased 3 cold products today that had the wrong price ticket in front of them, not realising until I arrived home. Not a huge variety In the bakery department. Customer service is average. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here.
