Came in for a skin fade expecting nothing out of the ordinary. But ive been blown out of the water today. Korean lady has done the best fade of my life and what felt like the best service I've had in a life time100% recommended for your next cut

Went in with my partner to get him a haircut and oh my gosh. Lady was so rude as soon as we walked in.My partner asked for a certain haircut and instead of talking to him like an equal belittles him for choosing that photo to show her. I’ve never had a hairdresser so bloody rude.Ended up getting something he definitely didn’t ask for.There needs to be some serious rethinking in the staff they choose to have there if they want high customer satisfaction.

Got a really nice fade by harry. highly recommend, the guy is chill and is a W with customer service. After going through what i wanted and showing him pictures, he gave nice recommendations and in the end i got exactly what i wanted. Harry is a W guy

I was in and out within 15 minutes, there was no one waiting in line. Red head dude, absolutely rushed it, the guy behind was getting a beard trim and cleaned, he got a headrest, nice and clean with razor blade, I had to keep my head tilted fully back for 5 mins and it was rubbish, not straight, long pieces everywhere, mustache way too short and unproportional, not coming back that's for sure. And all up cost $63 so expensive!

I have been a regular customer, not coming back anymore. The service today was the worst, only a brief conversation at the beginning about the haircut, no communication during the haircut, only took 10 mins, didn't provide a hot towel, didn't ask if I needed the product. When I asked at the end, they just said sorry they forgot about it. Why do they still remember to charge me then.
