Best possible service when we needed their service last Thursday.

I highly recommend Menzel for their fantastic service. Called in to order 3 pieces of non-standard mirror. Sue was very helpful and straight to the point, the price that I got from Menzel even better than Bunnings standard size. They had them finish with in 2 business days. When I showed up to pick up at 4:50, just 10 minute before closing time, Stuart did spend his time to help load those mirror my car while making some jokes. When I happened to ask what kind of silicon he would recommend for the job, he patiently explained the proccess and even gave me a tube of silicon for free. Many many thanks to you guys.

Lady at reception was very rude and unhelpful. Need to learn how to smile and acknowledge people when they walk in. Doesn't take much. Will never be back.For great friendly and very helpful service a short drive to North Geelong was very worth while.

Talk about customer service. Ive used these guys once before a few years back. I found them to be honest and the best price for what I was getting.Yesterday I called, with what was an emergency (for me) and to replace a tenanted properties front, street facing window.Even tho they had a full week booked, they sent someone down and repaired the next day. Zero fuss. I was waiting for a massive invoice to boot, and they were way cheaper than I had ever expected. The whole job including instillation was cheaper than what id expect a call out fee to be.In all my years of renovating properties, ive never come across a business that has done better, honest and quality service then these guys. Im genuinely floored how easy, cost affective and good the experience was. Well done.

I purchased a cut to size mirror from here, not only did they deliver it free of charge, they also supplied doubled sided tape and silicon to help me install it. That's First Class service.
