My family and I went through the drive through at 12.30am on a Saturday morning. We happily ordered our snacks on the way home and the customer service (if I shall call it customer service) was not present. Abhorrent to say the least. The death stare which my father received nearly sent him to the grave. The fresh chips and grainy ‘thin’shake cannot redeem this experience.

It's rare that you get your food hot, your chips are usually served limp and lukewarm. Have never had lukewarm chips from KFC, they need a better system for keeping their food hot and their chips crisp. Apart from that the place looks great ...

I normally go to this maccas for coffee and usually it’s pretty good, but this time not so much. In drive through, ordered a small cappuccino with an extra shot and almond milk (my usual order). What I received was a coffee with absolutely 0 froth and not sure what milk it was. When handed to me, the cup had a coffee spill all down the side and as soon as I started driving it spilt because it was so full and was just milk basically. I went back through the drive through to get my order re done and whilst waiting I overheard the barista say “no it was definitely right,” and a few other things under her breath. It obviously wasn’t right because even forgetting about the milk, a cappuccino has chocolate on top and this one did not. And at the previous window I had to wait while the guy inside just looked at me and didn’t even open the window straight away. My new coffee was scolding hot, bitter and not very nice at all. Usually the staff are nice but on this day they weren’t very and the coffee was awful.

Food quality was amazing which is rare from mcdonald's.Team member serving could be a little more enthusiastic.Male member of management served me my order with exceptional customer service and a smile which was great.Would have been 5 stars,Unfortunately tables we're in need of a good clean.Overall would highly recommend this MacDonald's restaurant.

Some of the younger staff need better training its the team leader's responsibility to make sure good training is in place, I understand juniors take more attention, but I have visited many well run Mcdonalds.

Caleb Walton cooked me the best burger i have ever put inside my mouth. i would highly recommend this MC Donald's just because of that single burger. massive props to Caleb

my experience here was amazing! except that one time where my interesting friend chocked on a pickle, a really sour pickle but she was always a special one, and now she is in a better place, at home.☺️ anyways GREAT service!

7am Tuesday mornings I go through the drive through. I ask and pay for a double bacon and egg muffin, Coke Zero no ice. Then I catch a train. Handed the cup, there is ice, no time to mention it. Get on the train, open muffin, one piece bacon. One time it was missing the egg haha. Maybe the staff are still waking up.

Went through drive in, waited for a while, for my order, I was hopeful that it would be hot, but no....Cold hard chips, burger cold, as you can see from my photo, it is laughable...worst ever,
